MOONA offers counseling to anyone who has moved to Finland from abroad.

At MOONA, you can get personal advice and guidance on issues that are important to you. MOONA’s guidance and counselling is free of charge, the service is organized by the City of Kouvola.
You can contact Moona even before moving to Kouvola.

Closed on Fridays.
